ROARING SPRINGS CAMP & RETREAT CENTER

Our ministry focuses on providing students, leaders, pastors, and other groups with conventions, retreats, and summer camps throughout the year. These events offer opportunities to build relationships and encounter Jesus while creating a sense of community within the West Texas area. We host various events each year at Roaring Springs Camp and Retreat Center. For many of our West Texas students, our summer camps, held at Roaring Springs, are the highlight of their entire year. Many of the students that we serve come from low-income communities, so we seek to keep our costs as low as possible and have been recognized as being one of the most inexpensive camps in Texas. So many life-long relationships and connections are made at this camp and retreat center. Our desire has always been and will always be to give every person who steps on the campground a chance to experience the best week of their lives at Roaring Springs Camp and Retreat Center.

THE SEED FUND

WHAT IS THE SEED FUND?

The Seed Fund is a fundraising initiative for Roaring Springs Camp and Retreat Center.

There are THOUSANDS of former campers whose greatest childhood memories revolve around the West Texas Assembly of God Youth Camp. We believe The Seed Fund is an opportunity to give back and invest into the future.

We are asking you, your business or non-profit to give either $25, $100, $250, or $1000 per month.

The monthly giving will go towards the VISION for the next 3 years: 100 camp crew (high school/college-aged staff) scholarships, crushed asphalt road inside the camp, complete external/internal updates to girls’ dorm, complete external/internal updates to camp crew building, launch online/onsite RS Camp Store with branded merchandise, and to stabilize operations/cash-on-hand emergency funds. There will be further VISION announcements to be prayerfully announced throughout 2024.
